Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every repair we do is backed by a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty. Most of the parts we use are NAPA parts, so that warranty is honored at any NAPA Car Care shop nationwide, not just here, meaning you're covered even if you're away from home.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due at the time service is completed. We accept cash and cards, including tap to pay. Unfortunately, we're not able to accept checks or offer payment plans at this time.

Do you offer a military discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a discount on qualifying repairs. It scales with the size of the job, so just ask at the counter and we'll go over the details for your repair.

How much does a diagnostic cost?

We offer free inspections for noise complaints, front end issues, exhaust problems, and leaks. Diagnostics that need our scanner or deeper electrical work, like a warning light or check engine light, do carry a fee. Those fees generally aren't credited toward the repair, with one exception: our $20 brake inspection fee is credited toward the job if you move forward.

Can I bring my own parts for you to install?

All of the parts for your repair come from us, which is what lets us stand behind our warranty. Because of that, we're not able to install parts customers supply themselves.

How do I book an appointment?

We book everything by phone, so give us a call and we'll find a time that works for your vehicle. We don't currently have an online scheduler.

Can I drop my car off after hours?

Yes, we have an after-hours key drop available. If you're waiting in the shop, our waiting area also has WiFi and coffee.
